Since Hawaii is part of the United States, all marriages in Hawaii are legally binding in every other U.S. state. The wedding couple will need to complete a marriage application and receive a marriage license from an authorized marriage license agent. Marriage licenses generally run about $60 in Hawaii. No blood tests are required.
