Kauai, Hawaii marriage requirements:
Like Maui and Oahu, since Kauai is part of the United States, all marriages in Kauai, Hawaii are legally binding in every other U.S. state. No blood tests are required, but the wedding couple needs to complete a marriage application and receive a marriage license from an authorized marriage license agent. Marriage licenses generally run about $60 in Hawaii.
