The airlines that fly from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Anguilla are American Eagle, Anguilla Air Express, and LIAT. From St. Maarten you can fly on chartered or scheduled flights with WINAIR and LIAT airlines. From Antigua and St. Kitts, you can fly on LIAT to get to Anguilla. By air, Anguilla is one hour east of Puerto Rico and only a seven minute flight north of St. Maarten.
It is also possible to go to Anguilla by ferry. You and your destination wedding guests can catch a ferry at Marigot Bay in French St. Martin. The ride is only twenty minutes long. The ferry runs between 7:30am and 7pm and no reservations are necessary. It is a popular way to get to Anguilla because it is relatively inexpensive. The total cost with departure tax included is only around $15 one-way. Ferries are also available for charter and if you are willing to splurge, you can also rent a water taxi. A water taxi can run you a few hundred dollars depending on the size of your group.
